Jeff st. Peters

Jeff St. Peters has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Jeff currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Public Partnerships | PPL since 2019.

Previously, Jeff served as the Managing Director and Head of U.S. Cash and Securities Lending at State Street Global Advisors from 2012 to 2018. In this role, they provided business solutions, managed client relationships, and pursued product and business development opportunities. Prior to that, they were the Head of U.S. Cash and Securities Lending, Senior Portfolio Manager at the same company from 2010 to 2012, where they supervised a team managing over $300 billion of institutional securities lending and cash portfolios.

Jeff also served as a Senior Short Duration Portfolio Manager and Trader at State Street Global Advisors from 2006 to 2010, where they managed multiple institutional short duration/cash portfolios and implemented investment strategies. Furthermore, they worked as a Money Market Portfolio Manager and Trader at the company from 1999 to 2006, where they managed registered treasury, prime, and agency money market portfolios.

Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Jeff worked at Fidelity Investments in various roles. Jeff was a Taxable Money Market Trader from 1995 to 1999, a Government Securities Money Market Trader in 1994, a Technology Systems Administrator in 1993, and an Accounting Analyst from 1990 to 1993.
