Caoimha Amissah-Ayensu

Caoimha Amissah-Ayensu is a skilled professional with experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a People and Compensation Administrator at PPL since April 2021, Caoimha manages onboarding tasks, including integrating new hires into the HR system Workday and conducting in-person inductions, while also supporting payroll and benefits functions. Previously, as a Membership Specialist, Caoimha delivered exceptional customer care to PPL performers and rights holders, facilitating their membership journey and educating them on maximizing royalty earnings. Additionally, Caoimha held leadership roles as Head of Donations for Enactus Essex and as a Student Ambassador at the University of Essex, where Caoimha pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from 2016 to 2020.
