Rebecca McDonald

Rebecca McDonald is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People and Operations at P+HS Architects since May 2025, Rebecca previously held significant positions at Silverbean, including People and Development Associate Director and Head of People and Development for Silverbean Global, North and Ortus.
