Janeé Ortiz

Janeé Ortiz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading people solutions and driving organizational change. Currently serving as the Senior People Solutions Owner at A.P. Moller - Maersk since January 2016, Janeé has successfully developed a global interface for the People Function and guided project teams in delivering innovative solutions for a diverse workforce of over 100,000 employees. Janeé also co-chairs the NAM Maersk for Inclusion Excellence employee resource network, advocating for gender diversity, disability inclusion, and psychological safety among other initiatives. With a strong background in talent development and strategic human resource management demonstrated through various leadership roles at APM Terminals and other organizations, Janeé is committed to aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and performance. Janeé holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach, and further qualifications in Diversity and Inclusion and leadership development.
