Chris Sengenberger

Chris Sengenberger serves as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Analytics at PPM America, managing a $7-10 billion portfolio and focusing on loan performance metrics, property financial analyses, and the development of analytical tools. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Ernst & Young, where Chris provided valuation services and transaction due diligence for significant acquisitions, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Equity Office Properties Trust, overseeing substantial property valuations and due diligence processes. Chris began a career in real estate as a Leasing Agent at Campus Property Management, achieving high leasing revenues. Chris holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
