John Brown Jr.

John Brown has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. John currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at GEHA Health, starting in 2023. John is also the Chief People Officer at the same company since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana from 2017 to 2022, where they served as Sr. Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer. Before that, they worked at Humana from 2005 to 2016, holding the role of Sr. Vice President - Retail Service Operations. In this role, they managed a large team and oversaw various service operations for the company.

John Brown attended the DeVry Institute of Technology - Kansas City, where they studied Electronics Engineering Technology. John also holds the SHRM - SCP certification.
