Johnny Murphey

Johnny Murphey has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Johnny started their career as an IT Consultant in 1996, working for multiple companies until 2003. Johnny then joined Cigna, where they held several positions, including Health Data Sr Specialist, Business Project Manager, Operations Director, Informatics Director, and Director of Data Intelligence. Johnny worked at Cigna until 2021, when they transitioned to Vee Technologies as the Director of Product Innovation. Currently, they work at GEHA Health as the Director of Digital Innovation and Technology.

Johnny Murphey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems/Computer Engineering from The University of Alabama between 1999 and 2002. Johnny also obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from GOAL/QPC in 2005. In 2023, they plan to obtain Lean Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
