Robin Darden

Robin Darden has a strong background in customer service and management. Starting in 1995 as a Supervisor at Van Kampen Mutual Funds, Robin then progressed to roles such as Branch Office Assist at Reliant Financial Services and Lead/Senior Mutual Fund Representative at DST Systems / Boston Financial. In 2005, Robin became a Unit Manager at Boston Financial Midwest, where they developed policies and procedures and supported a merger. From 2011 to 2013, Robin served as the Division Manager at NCO Financial Systems, overseeing projects and managing productivity. Robin continued their career at UnitedHealth Group as a Customer Service Supervisor, responsible for maintaining operational systems and staff development. Between 2017 and 2019, Robin worked as a Team Manager at US Bank, leading a team of Customer Service Advisors and implementing continuous improvement plans. Currently, Robin is employed at GEHA Health, first as a Supervisor from 2019 to 2020, then as the Manager of Customer Care until early 2022, and currently holding the position of Director of Business Operations.

Robin Darden obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St Mary between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, Robin pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Park University.
