Kate Sweeney is a seasoned leadership development consultant and educator with extensive experience in training professionals at various levels. Currently, Kate serves as a Leadership Development Consultant at Lead to Connect, focusing on inspiring leaders through best practices and theoretical frameworks. In addition to this role, Kate holds positions as a Leadership Trainer at PPS International Limited, an Adjunct Public Speaking Lecturer at Baruch College, and an Adjunct Speech Lecturer at CUNY New York City College of Technology, among others. Prior experience includes a Senior Facilitator role at Exec|Comm, where Kate taught communication skills globally. Kate's academic credentials include a Doctorate of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership and a Master of Arts in the same field from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with a Master of Science in International Enterprise Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, Kate served as a Chinese Linguist in the U.S. Army.
