Hema Nandipati

Hema Nandipati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT performance engineering and leadership roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Point Perfect Technology Solutions since July 2022, Hema previously held the position of Sr. Vice President IT & Country Head at SoftSol from December 2018 to March 2020. Prior roles include Director of IT Performance Engineering at McKesson, Sr. Manager IT Performance Engineering in a consulting capacity, and managerial positions at Symantec and Cisco. Hema's career began in project management and performance analysis at companies like Merrill Lynch, Blue Wave, and FCC. Hema holds an M.B.A. with a focus on Finance, Administration, and Human Resources, as well as dual Bachelor's Degrees in International Law and Legal Studies and Mathematics and Sciences from Andhra University.
