PPV is an economic development agency developing businesses and business ecosystems since 2008. PPV is based in Lviv (Western Ukraine). SME Development and Business Maturity, Local Economic Development, and Institutional Development are key activity areas. The agency has expertise in creative economy, sustainability, innovation, financing, and cross-sectorial collaboration. The agency delivers project and programme management services, consults businesses and advises institutions, conducts studies and delivers capacity building programmes.
