Mr. McFadden is a Managing Director of CCMP and focuses on making investments in the industrial sector. Prior to joining CCMP upon its formation in August 2006, Mr. McFadden was with J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, Mr. McFadden was an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and Bowles Hollowell Conner. Mr. McFadden currently serves on the board of directors of Milacron Holdings Corp. Mr. McFadden was elected to serve as a member of our board of directors due to his extensive experience in the industrial sector and his significant experience in, and knowledge of corporate finance and strategic development.
