Jędrzej Kinalski

Jędrzej Kinalski has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jędrzej is currently working as an In-house Lawyer in the Legal Services Corporate department at PQE Group since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Attorney at Law at the Law Firm of JBW from October 2020 to October 2021.

Their previous experiences include working as an In-house Lawyer in the Legal Department of The Adecco Group from January 2019 to December 2020, where they provided legal services and advice on corporate matters to businesses and individuals. Jędrzej prepared and advised on various civil law contracts and pleadings in the areas of administrative, civil, labor, and commercial law.

Before that, Jędrzej served as an In-house Lawyer at Adanto Software LLC from February 2020 to September 2020, and as an In-house Lawyer in the Legal Department of Egis Polska from October 2019 to December 2019.

Jędrzej gained valuable experience as a Lawyer at SROCCY Attorneys and Legal Advisors s.c., Bialystok, Poland from October 2016 to October 2018. During this time, they prepared pleadings, represented clients in courts and legal proceedings, and provided legal advice on various matters.

Jędrzej began their legal career as a Junior Lawyer at the Attorney Law Firm of Katarzyna Okła-Dzienis, Bialystok, Poland from December 2015 to October 2016, where they focused on preparing pleadings in civil and administrative law cases. Jędrzej also worked as a Junior Lawyer at the Attorney Law Firm of Leszek Kudrycki, Bialystok, Poland from October 2013 to December 2015.

Throughout their career, Jędrzej has demonstrated their expertise and versatility in various legal roles, acquiring extensive knowledge and skills in corporate law, contract law, civil and administrative law, and providing valuable advice and representation to clients.

Jędrzej Kinalski's education history includes obtaining a Master of Law degree from Uniwersytet w Białymstoku between the years of 2008 and 2013. In 2015, they attended the Bialystok Bar Association of Advocates and earned a degree as an Advocate, which they completed in 2017. Currently, Jędrzej is enrolled at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, pursuing a degree as an Attorney-at-Law starting in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Jędrzej has also pursued additional certifications. In 2019, they obtained a certificate for completing the "Course in English World ClasSIX" at Regent Oxford in the UK. Jędrzej also obtained a "Certyfikat" from Instytut Colina Rose w Warszawie in the same year. Furthermore, Jędrzej received a certification from Polskie Towarzystwo Prawa i Gospodarki Rynkowej for completing a course titled "Obowiązki pracodawców i firm pośrednictwa pracy przy Zatrudnianiu i delegowaniu cudzoziemców oraz dokumentacji" in February 2019.
