Luca Zammarchi

Luca Zammarchi has extensive work experience in the field of digital governance and information technology management. Luca currently holds the position of Digital Governance International Delivery Director & Associate Partner at PQE Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Luca served as the Digital Governance International Delivery Director at PQE Group from March 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining PQE Group, Luca worked at Akka Technologies as the CIO for the Italy area from June 2017 to November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Group ICT Manager at CTP System from April 2005 to November 2021.

Luca's career began at Mi Services Group Italia, where they worked as an ICT Manager from September 1999 to April 2005. Prior to that, they held the position of IT Infrastructure Manager (CTO) at Ouverture Service from September 1995 to December 1999.

Throughout their career, Luca has gained extensive experience in digital governance, information technology management, and ICT leadership roles.

Luca Zammarchi completed a Master's degree in CyberSecurity from Università degli Studi di Milano, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Politecnico di Milano in 2011 for MBA modules in ICT & Management. From 1991 to 2001, they studied Computer Science at Università di Pisa. Their educational background also includes a period from 1986 to 1991 when they studied Computer Science at ITIS San Rocchi - Siena.
