Mariana Hentz has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales, business development, and international promotion in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Mariana started their career as a Third Party Project Researcher at ORBE, a junior international relations company. After that, they worked as an Academic Researcher at PIBIC - CNPq, where they focused on studying the relationship between the United States and Latin American countries.

Mariana then moved on to ABIQUIFI, the Brazilian Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry, where they worked as a Communications Intern and later as an International Promotion Analyst. In these roles, Mariana coordinated international events, trade shows, and business rounds, and communicated with stakeholders in the pharmaceutical production chain and governmental entities.

Currently, Mariana is working at PQE Group as a Sales Area Manager & Associate Partner. Mariana is responsible for sales management in the Brazilian market and holds a role in business development. Their responsibilities include managing commercial contracts, problem-solving, identifying opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. PQE Group is a Contract Quality Organization and a Complete Quality Solution provider for various areas in the Life Science industry.

Mariana Hentz has a diverse education history. In 2011, they enrolled at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. Mariana successfully completed their degree in 2016.

In 2014, Mariana also had an opportunity to study at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. During their time there, they took courses in History, Sociology, and International Relations. It was a brief program that lasted for one year.

Recently, in 2023-2024, Mariana attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they pursued an Executive MBA in Project Management. This program allowed their to enhance their skills in project management, contributing to their professional growth.

Moreover, Mariana obtained an additional certification called "ARGo – Alternate Reality Goal" from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in June 2023. This certification indicates their proficiency in an alternate reality goal methodology.
