Panagiotis Papachristos

Panagiotis Papachristos has extensive experience in the field of business intelligence and portfolio management. Panagiotis currently holds the position of Director at PQH, where they are responsible for developing and implementing policies and strategies for loan portfolios. Prior to this, they served as Deputy Director at PQH, where they developed annual business plans for each business line and optimized portfolio KPIs. Panagiotis also worked as a Manager at PQH, where they successfully executed recoveries' budgets and implemented mass legal actions to activate non-cooperative debtors.

Before joining PQH, Panagiotis worked at Hellenic Postbank USL as a Business Advisor, where they analyzed and managed retail and wholesale loan portfolios. Panagiotis also worked at Alpha Bank as a Senior Product Manager, specializing in consumer credit portfolio restructuring. Additionally, they gained experience at Emporiki Bank as a Sector Manager, where they managed mortgage and consumer loan portfolios, and as a Product Manager, where they achieved high sales performance in the mortgage lending market. Panagiotis began their career as a Sales Department Supervisor and Financial Planner at Emporiki Bank S.A. and worked as an Internal Auditor at Decision Financial Institution.

Panagiotis Papachristos has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which was obtained from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 1992 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Panagiotis has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they completed a certification in Data Analysis & Programming with Python 3 from Athens University of Economics and Business. In December 2021, they obtained a certification in Leading Myself & Others during Unprecedented Times from PQH. Panagiotis also holds a certification in Fintech & Digital Transformation in Financial Services from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, which they obtained in July 2021. In March 2021, they completed a certification as an Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Specialist in Financial Services from the same institution. Prior to these, in November 2020, Panagiotis obtained a certification in Introduction to Data Analysis with Python from Athens Exchange Group, and another certification in Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization from LinkedIn.
