Vanessa Chormova

Vanessa Chormova has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Vanessa is currently working as the Human Resources Director at PQH, a role they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy HR Director at PQH from September 2018 to March 2020.

Before joining PQH, Vanessa worked at Piraeus Bank in various positions. Vanessa was the Head of Recruitment & Workforce Planning in the Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning department from January 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they focused on optimizing workforce planning and cost allocation, as well as supporting business continuity and building a succession planning map.

Vanessa also served as the Senior Manager of Group Recruitment in the Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning department from April 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, they held the positions of HR Business Partner, Assistant Manager HR, and Senior HR Officer, all within the Group Human Resources department. In these roles, they contributed to operational business objectives, resource plans, and the adoption of best practices across the organization.

Vanessa began their career in the HR field at Egnatia Bank as an HR Generalist in the Recruitment & Development department from October 2002 to December 2005. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Trader at Artion Securities from December 1999 to September 2002.

Vanessa Chormova obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, starting in 2000 and completing it in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, starting in 1994 and graduating in 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Vanessa Chormova has obtained a number of certifications. In 2018, they attended the Employer Branding Workshop at Ethel Agelatou. Vanessa also completed the Situational Judgment Item certification at SHRM in February 2018. In February 2017, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Vanessa also has certifications in the Thomas Personal Profile Analysis System from Response S.A., The Servant Leader from Linkage Greece, Internal Coach from SARGIA Partners, Occupational Personality Questionnaire from Evalion, and HR Influencing | Managing Turbulent from Human Resources Planning, all obtained between 2012 and 2015.
