Erin Hoy, CMQ/OE, CQA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Erin started their career at Mosaic Sales Solutions in 2000 as a Brand Champion and held various roles within the company until 2004. Erin then joined The Walt Disney Company as a Director of Product Management in 2004, where they focused on optimizing the quality and profitability of movie releases through strategic design of operational processes and products for global distribution. Erin held this position for nearly a decade until 2014 when they became the President of PQM Inc., where they currently work.
Erin Hoy, CMQ/OE, CQA has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. Additionally, they hold two certifications from ASQ (American Society for Quality) - Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (obtained in May 2014) and Certified Quality Auditor (obtained in June 2016).

In 2006, Don Archer, P.E., founded PQM to dedicate his efforts to the idea that quality management could be improved in the A/E/C industry. His goal was to build a team of subject matter experts to support agencies, engineering firms, and contractors in the delivery of complex projects. In 2014, Don’s daughter, Erin Hoy, joined the firm to marry her business expertise with the team’s success in quality management consulting. Together, Don and Erin have built a passionate, experienced, and productive team whose core focus is client satisfaction. PQM recently expanded its consulting services to include Project Controls and Training Programs. PQM is a woman-owned and operated small business headquartered in Orange County, with offices in Los Angeles and Austin.
