Kristina Markos, M.L.S., currently serves as Associate Professor and Graduate Chair in Communication at Lasell University, overseeing curriculum development and faculty matters while teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. As a Board Member of the PR Club, Kristina contributes to the content committee, ensuring relevant industry insights. Previous experience includes roles at Simmons University as the Internship Director for Communications and Associate Professor of Practice, as well as Online Program Director, where responsibilities encompassed program coordination and course development. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Freelance Journalist for Financial Advisor Magazine, Vice President at Longview Strategies, and Principal of Kayvee Publicity LLC, alongside teaching positions at Indiana University Northwest and Aria Marketing. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies focused on Communications from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/English from Bowling Green State University.
