Brian Brennan

Brian Brennan graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Biology. He later went on to become a certified EMT. After moving back to California, Brian began his construction career. Over the last twenty years, Brian has been involved in Design/Build, Design Assist, and Design Bid Build projects ranging from a variety of Industry sectors. Brian has also had the pleasure of working with Sean on his development opportunities expanding his knowledge of entitlements, subdividing land and bringing in the necessary infrastructure. Brian is a highly focused individual who can easily navigate City requirements, Utility companies and provide great value in getting what needs to be done actually completed. Brian is an active participant in ACRE, ICSC and Fullerton Cares Autism Charity.
