Heather is Vice President at PR Talent and co-leads the firm’s recruiting efforts in Southern California.

Heather has served as the head of corporate communications for two global organizations, Experian and Apollo Education Group, and most recently founded the firm Novel Public Relations.

As a hiring manager and high-performing team builder for more than two decades, Heather successfully led teams that generated successful outcomes in earned, owned and paid media, thought leadership and creative content. Professional development and work/life balance were her top priority to ensure the retainment, happiness and loyalty of top talent.
