Valerie Kozikowski is an experienced executive with a diverse background in business development and operations management. Serving as the Managing Director at PRA Global Business Development since July 2007, Valerie specializes in helping companies expand into new markets across multiple regions including the US, Asia, India, Mexico, Brazil, Eastern Europe, and the UAE, overseeing the establishment of sales teams, logistics, and manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, Valerie held various leadership positions at Pridgeon & Clay from May 2019 to May 2025, including Vice President of Finance, Purchasing & IT, and Vice President of Global Operations & Information Technology. Valerie's career began at BDO Seidman, where the role as Partner was undertaken from 1984 to 2007. Academic qualifications include an Executive Education Course at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University.
