David Clarke

David Clarke is an experienced HR and Payroll Advisor currently working at PRA Group since April 2020. Previously, David held roles such as Payroll Supervisor at SQA – Scottish Qualifications Authority and Group Payroll Supervisor at Axle Group Holding Limited. Early in David's career, positions included Temporary Payroll Administrator at both Chiene + Tait and First Bus Group, as well as Temporary Payroll Specialist at Baker Tilly. David's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Link Payroll & HR Manager at Morrison FS Ltd, and prior to that, several payroll-related roles at Ceridian and East Renfrewshire Council. David's career began in the Royal Navy, where various management positions were held in Pay and Personnel. Education was completed at Rawlins Community College from 1983 to 1985.
