Eva Romero Soler

Eva Romero Soler has extensive experience in HR roles. Eva started their career at netdecisions as an HR Technician, where they were responsible for policy development and implementation, as well as ensuring HR data compliance. Eva then joined Deloitte as a Senior HR Technician, where they supported personnel administration, selection processes, and development. After the merger with Deloitte Consulting, they became responsible for recruitment. Eva later worked at Aktiv Kapital as the Director of HR, where they contributed to improving overall results in Spain and positioning the country as a reference within the company. Eva then joined Zitro as the Director of HR and subsequently moved to SAP as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing HR advice and support to business leaders. Currently, Eva is the Head of HR at PRA Group.

Eva Romero Soler's education history includes a program in compensation and benefits from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in 2008, a diploma in labor relations from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 1995 to 1998, and studies in business sciences from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 1992 to 1995. Eva also holds additional certifications as a DDI Certified Facilitator and has completed the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop in 2020.
