Lance Brodie

Lance Brodie has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to 2020. Lance started their career at Accenture as a Consultant and later worked as an Analyst. Lance then joined RSA in 2007, where they held roles such as FP&A Manager in Emerging Markets and Manager in Group Financial Control.

In 2009, Lance became the Head of Change for Central & Eastern Europe at RSA, responsible for managing business change across 6 countries. Lance later became the Strategic Partnership Director for RSA Estonia, leading the integration with SEB Bank and managing the partnership.

Moving forward, Lance held the positions of Strategy, Change and BI Director for UK Commercial SME, and Strategic Change Director for UK Commercial at RSA. Lance was responsible for setting strategic change agendas, leading M&A initiatives, and delivering on strategic plans.

In 2014, Lance joined Close Brothers as the Bank Central COO, where they defined and delivered the Operations agenda for the Banking Division. Lance oversaw various functions, including Sales Excellence, Operations Excellence, and Change Delivery.

Most recently, Lance has been working at PRA Group as the COO - Europe. In this role, they manage the P&L of the business across 9 European countries and ensures high-performing operations across the region.

Lance Brodie attended The University of Edinburgh from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a BComm (Hons) degree in Business.
