Sylwia Żakiewicz

Sylwia Żakiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sylwia started their career in 1999 with an internship in the Credit Department for an Economic Entity at Bank Pekao. Sylwia then worked as an Administration Officer at the POL-ANG Law and Emigrate Consulting Office in London from September 2002 to January 2003. Following this, they had a maternity leave from February 2003 to April 2005. Sylwia then joined CVO Polska Sp. z o.o. in May 2005 as a Recruitment Consultant and later became a Business Manager until February 2009. Sylwia then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at REED for a brief period from March 2009 to May 2009. Their next significant role was at Nike, where they worked from April 2009 to July 2016. During their tenure at Nike, they held the position of HR Advisor for Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, where they were responsible for various HR activities such as recruitment, data management, HR administration, and training coordination. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Poland at PRA Group, where they have been working since April 2016.

From 2005 to 2006, Sylwia Żakiewicz studied Human Resources Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they completed their Postgraduate Studies.
