Vladimir Varbanov has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Vladimir started their career as a General Manager at Dunkin Donuts (Franchise) in 2001 and later worked as a Consultant at H & A Inc from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, they pursued an MBA with Distinction at INSEAD. Following their studies, Varbanov joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Vladimir then transitioned to PRA Group (Nasdaq: PRAA), where they held various roles including Head of Strategy - Europe from 2015 to 2017 and Director of Strategy, Corporate Development and M&A - Europe from 2017 onwards. In these positions, they were responsible for leading corporate strategy development, planning, and execution, as well as identifying and executing new corporate development and M&A opportunities. Varbanov was a member of the European leadership team and reported to the European CEO/president and Global SVP of Corporate Development at PRA Group.
Vladimir Varbanov pursued an MBA degree from INSEAD in 2012. Earlier, from 1997 to 2001, they studied Civil Engineering at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
