Jack Stevens

Jack Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jack started their career at GSK as a Vendor Management Analyst, where they managed vendor engagements and improved contract management processes. Jack then worked at American Express as a Business Development Executive, where they focused on building new business relationships and supporting organizational growth. Jack later joined 4C, a consulting firm, where they held multiple roles including Salesforce Support Services Executive, Junior Consultant, Delivery Consultant, and Lead Consultant. In these roles, they provided technical advice, consulted clients on Salesforce solutions, and designed and delivered customer solutions. Jack then joined Pracedo as a Commercial Manager and later became a Senior Commercial Manager. At Pracedo, they worked closely with customers to create tailored solutions and help them unlock the power of Salesforce. Most recently, Jack joined Salesforce as an Account Executive, where they worked with nonprofits to drive fundraising and improve programs. Currently, Jack is working as the Sales Director for UK&I at Pracedo.

Jack Stevens attended Brighton Hove and Sussex Sixth Form College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an ICT BTEC National Extended Diploma in Information Technology. After that, they enrolled at Bournemouth University from 2012 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Information Technology through a Sandwich Degree program. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various Salesforce certifications from 2018 to 2021, including Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Certified Non Profit Consultant, Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201).
