Juana Vegas is an experienced consultant and project manager with a strong background in process assessment and improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Consultor de procesos at Practia Global, Juana is involved in evaluating user needs and enhancing processes for YPF. Previous roles include Senior Functional Analyst at Prosegur, where Juana designed a Quality Management System for ISO 9001:2015 certification, and Project Management Consultant at Olivia Consultoría, focusing on innovation projects for YPF.
