Karim Abouelnaga

Founder & CEO at PRACTICE Benefit Corp

Karim Abouelnaga started their career in 2010 as the founder and CEO of PRACTICE Benefit Corp, a New York City-based B-Corp that partners with principals, teachers, and parents to close the opportunity gap in urban schools. At PRACTICE, they developed rigorous curricula, provided personalized tutoring solutions, and created software solutions to connect parents and educators.

In 2013, Abouelnaga became a founding partner at Gentlemen Ventures, a role they held indefinitely.

Karim joined Lenovo in 2020 as an Innovator, contributing to an influencer program that showcased how technology can improve the world. Karim'srole at Lenovo ended in 2021.

From 2014 to 2018, Abouelnaga served as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, where they engaged in various projects and initiatives.
