Gus Krimm

Gus Krimm currently serves as the General Manager at Practice Hospitality, overseeing the renovation and re-launch of the historic Mining Exchange Hotel in Downtown Colorado Springs, along with the development of new dining concepts. Previously, Krimm held the General Manager position at Valor Hospitality Partners and was the Opening General Manager for a dual-branded property under Element by Westin and SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Hotel Equities. Additionally, Krimm worked as Regional General Manager and founding partner at Soul Community Planet, achieving significant accolades including #1 hotel on TripAdvisor in Colorado Springs. Early career experiences include various roles at Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group and The Statler Hotel, along with internships in real estate and food production. Krimm holds a bachelor's degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.
