Akhil Dev is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and customer relations, currently serving as QA Lead at PracticeSuite, Inc. since December 2024. Previously, Akhil held the position of Global Customer Relations at XPayBack, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention while managing various operational roles that included empowering teams and executing business strategies. Akhil has also led the QA team at Codilar Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing testing for e-commerce projects. With a solid foundation built during a decade at UST in various QA roles, Akhil possesses a comprehensive educational background with a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology from Bharathiar University.
