Marlee Lutz

Marlee Lutz is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at PracticeTek since July 2022, serving as the main administrator for Pendo and transitioning to Userpilot in January 2025. Responsibilities include incorporating instructional design best practices, utilizing Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office suites for course development, and assisting with Docebo LMS tasks. Lutz has also worked as a substitute teacher for the Illinois State Board of Education since January 2025 and previously held positions as an instructional designer at Tipping Point Media and as an instructional technologist at the American College of Surgeons. Earlier experience includes roles at the National Association for Healthcare Quality, Bluewolf, the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, Midwest Technical Institute, and Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Lutz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Creative Writing from Eastern Illinois University.
