Bob Garry has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, holding key leadership roles at various prestigious institutions. Garry served as Associate Director of Education and Organizational Development at Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a position as VP of Organizational Development & Learning at University Hospitals. Prior roles include Manager of Training Operations at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and VP of Training at CSFBdirect. Garry continued to build expertise as Director of Organizational Development and Learning at BayCare Health System and Senior Vice President of Strategic Human Resources at Hackensack Meridian Health. Currently, Garry is a Senior Advisor at Practicing Excellence and the owner of Value Spark, LLC. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science and Government from Pace University and an MA in Administration of Education and Training from Montclair State University.
