Gabe Charbonneau

Gabe Charbonneau, MD, currently serves as a Wellbeing-First Fellow at Orchid Health since March 2025. As a co-founder of Medicine Forward, established in November 2019, Gabe focuses on enhancing patient-physician relationships and addressing burnout in the medical community. With extensive experience as a Family Physician at Providence since December 2011, Gabe also founded FightBurnout.org in December 2018 and has taken on various roles in health technology, including EHR Subject Matter Faculty for PracticingExcellence and co-founder and CTO of Fluent Systems, Inc. Gabe's expertise in innovative healthcare solutions is highlighted by advisory positions with Saykara and Tenor.ai, as well as the development of Pancreas Hero!, an educational platform for Type I Diabetes. Gabe earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University.
