Jc Kinnamon

JC Kinnamon, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Research and Development at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) since October 2012, where leadership includes oversight of the Interactive Learning Center and various R&D activities. Previously, JC Kinnamon was a Corporate Learning Expert as a consultant, mentoring instructional designers and conducting workshops. Prior roles include VP of E-Learning Product Development at SAI Global, directing e-learning initiatives, and Director of Instructional Design at Midi, Inc., overseeing instructional design and training product development. Additionally, JC Kinnamon held an adjunct instructor position in the Computer Science Department at The College of New Jersey, teaching multimedia courses. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Columbia University, along with multiple degrees in Psychology and Computers in Education.
