Jeff Slutzky

Jeff Slutzky is an accomplished legal editor with extensive experience in the legal publishing field. Currently serving as a Legal Editor and previously as an Associate Legal Editor at the Practising Law Institute since July 2021, Jeff has successfully identified and created metadata for nearly 1,000 legal documents across various practice areas. Jeff's background includes freelancing at Fastcase and the Practising Law Institute, as well as a role as Managing Editor at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory US, where responsibilities included managing author relationships for the Aspen Casebook Series, generating significant revenue. Previous roles involved contributions at Area 23 and LexisNexis, where editing and author recruitment skills were honed. Jeff's legal expertise was further developed during time as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Law. Educational accomplishments include a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Virginia.
