Karl Holtzschue

Karl Holtzschue has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in real estate law. Serving as Vice President of the Dickens Fellowship of New York since January 2016, Karl also authored "Holtzschue on Real Estate Contracts and Closings," available on Kindle. From 1990 to 2018, Karl was the Sole Proprietor of a law office and previously held positions as a Partner at O'Melveny & Myers and Webster & Sheffield. Karl's contributions to the New York State Bar Association included roles as Co-Chair and Chair of the Real Property Law Section. Additionally, Karl served as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School, teaching Real Estate Conveyancing. Karl holds an LLB from Columbia Law School and an A.B. in Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
