Laura Sayer

Laura Sayer has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of CLE Technology and Applications at Practising Law Institute (PLI) since January 2020. Prior to that, they held positions at PLI as an Associate Director of Continuing Legal Education Accreditation & Compliance from 2017 to 2020, an Assistant Director of MCLE Accreditation & Compliance from 2014 to 2016, and an Assistant to the Director of MCLE Accreditation & Compliance from 2013 to 2014. Laura also worked as a Program Assistant to Danielle Bersofsky at PLI from 2008 to 2013, where they were responsible for various tasks such as planning CLE programs, organizing conferences, and corresponding with attorneys. Additionally, they had an internship role at Norwood News from 2006 to 2008.

Laura Sayer obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Cincinnati in 2006. Laura then pursued a Master's degree in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University, specializing in the John W. Draper Interdisciplinary Masters Program at the GSAS between 2006 and 2011. Prior to their university studies, Laura completed their high school education at Clear Fork High School from 1998 to 2002.
