Jane F. Collen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and authorship. As a Trademark Reporter for the International Trademark Association (INTA) since 2014, Jane has served as a committee member and editor. In addition, Jane is the published author of two award-winning series, Journey of Cornelia Rose and The Enjella Adventure Series, aimed at children. Currently, Jane holds the position of of counsel at Practus, LLP and Collen IP Intellectual Property PC, and previously served as of counsel at Rothwell Figg IP Professionals from 2021 to 2025. Jane has also been the president and author at Streamline Brand Associates, Inc. since 2002. Jane's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and English from Boston College.
