Jill Zimmerman Holub

Jill Zimmerman Holub is a seasoned corporate attorney currently serving as a Partner at Practus, LLP since March 2024, bringing extensive expertise in business law and compliance gained from executive roles in two national law firms. With over 28 years of experience, Jill previously held the position of Member of the Firm at Outside GC LLC, where Jill played a key role in pioneering the on-demand general counsel model while serving as Chief Operating Officer. Additional experience includes Vice President of Contested Litigation at a national law firm, where Jill managed litigation programs for major banks, and roles as General Counsel and Compliance Officer at MZI Medical Billing and Management. Jill began their legal career as an Intellectual Property Litigator and Complex Litigator, developing a strong foundation in patent litigation and complex cases. Jill holds a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with honors from the University of Michigan.
