Luca Giuffrida has extensive experience in marketing and CRM, currently serving as the Marketing Automation Product Owner at Prada Group since June 2011. In this role, Luca is responsible for overseeing marketing automation campaigns across various brand initiatives within the Digital Division. Previously, Luca held the position of CRM Campaign Manager, leading the rollout of Adobe Campaign and enhancing customer journey strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at Kennametal as a Sales and CRM Analyst, where Luca managed Salesforce processes and market intelligence, as well as positions at Ricoh Company Ltd. and Intertape Polymer Group focusing on sales support and market analysis. Luca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Università Bocconi and has additional educational credentials from Istituto Villoresi and Roosevelt High School.
