Beckett Broh is a leadership and organizational effectiveness consultant currently part of the Talent and Organizational Performance team at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. With a diverse background in consulting for education, nonprofit, and corporate clients through Broh Consulting LLC, Beckett focuses on facilitating change, strategic execution, and building inclusive cultures. Experience includes serving as a Senior Management Consultant at PRADCO, directing diversity and community life at Columbus Academy, and holding academic positions at Capital University and Wittenberg University. Beckett holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Sociology from The Ohio State University and a B.A. in Psychology and Exercise Physiology from Albion College.
