Sunil Haridas

Sunil Haridas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Pradjna Intellisys Pvt. Ltd. since January 2017, Sunil has focused on developing Machine Learning and AI-based HR Performance Management solutions, particularly targeting Blue Collar Skills. Prior to this, Sunil founded Aspire Management Systems & Solutions, serving as Director from November 2012 to December 2016, and successfully trained over 3000 professional students across various institutions in Kerala. Sunil's earlier roles include Sr. Delivery Manager at IBM Global Business Services and Program Manager at Infosys, further complemented by a Development Manager position at Covansys. Sunil holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Calicut and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, along with completion of the Senior Management Program in Leadership & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
