Mouna Khachabi

Mouna Khachabi is a financing manager at Praemia REIM since January 2022, with a robust background in structured finance and real estate advisory from previous roles at Deloitte, where Mouna served as manager and held multiple positions focusing on M&A and structured finance from September 2018 to December 2021. Prior experience includes work at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, Natixis, and Spread Research, covering various aspects of structured finance, credit risk analysis, and financial analysis. Mouna holds a master's degree in Financial Engineering & Transaction from iaelyon School of Management, as well as bachelor's degrees in Financial Sciences and Management Sciences, complemented by an international management certification.
