Angela Godfrey is the current Chief People and Culture Officer at Praemium, having joined in October 2023. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Director at Angela Godfrey and Associates from 2008 until November 2023, delivering HR solutions across various industries for notable clients such as Bennelong Funds Management and Mercer. Angela's extensive experience includes roles as Head of Talent at Bennelong Funds Management from 2015 to 2019, where strategic alignment of employee capabilities with corporate vision was achieved, and as Head of Human Resources for Federated Investors Asia Pacific from 2012 to 2014, focusing on developing HR infrastructure. Further experience includes positions at Victorian Funds Management Corporation and Aviva, where effective HR policies and initiatives were implemented to support business objectives. Angela holds a BA (Hons) in Politics (Public Administration) from De Montfort University.
