Laura Waldron

Laura Waldron is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as the P&C Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead at Praemium since October 2021. In this role, Laura focuses on developing and executing recruitment strategies across various business sectors, while actively contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as enhancing employee and candidate experiences. Prior to Praemium, Laura worked as a People Experience & Talent Partner at Innovation Group Australia, handling comprehensive recruitment and employee lifecycle management. Laura's earlier positions include roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Options in Finance, an HR Assistant at Flex, and an Area Manager at Mahoney Hotels. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Science and Spanish from the University of Galway.
