All enjoying a career of at least 20 years in business in Managerial functions and senior management (CEO, COO, Member of Executive Committees ). They commit themselves to respect the common code of ethics from the 3 major coach associations (EMCC, ICF, SF Coach). Some are involved in the boards of these organizations as volunteers in the service of the entire profession. All Praesta coaches are involved with some "Grandes Ecoles"​ (ESSEC, EDHEC, Insead ...) and Universities.
