Xavier Scholl is the founder of 2LCoaching, where expertise is applied in executive coaching, strategic mentoring, and leadership development since October 2010. With extensive experience as an executive coach at MoovOne and Coachhub, Xavier Scholl specializes in enhancing organizational transformation through effective employee engagement and team dynamics. Ongoing roles include Sparring Partner at PRAESTA FRANCE, Executive Advisor at Startrust France, and former Mastermind Facilitator at MASTERMIND LE CERCLE VERTUEUX.
