Mark Carter

Mark Carter is a Partner in the Business Management and Advisory departments of Prager Metis LLP, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He is currently located in the London office and has worked in the accounting industry for more than 19 years.

Mark works with a wide range of clients within the music and entertainment industries. He makes sure his clients have the proper framework in place to insure they are compliant with various accounting and international tax requirements.

He specializes in working with musicians, film and tv actors, directors, and international sports athletes. He focuses on minimizing client’s international taxes by reviewing their original contracts and making sure they are drafted correctly. By reviewing their contracts, clients can use as much of tax credits as possible in their home territory. To assure this is done correctly, he collaborates with a network of international tax advisors and accountants.

Mark always makes sure to get to know his clients both professionally and personally. The biggest reward for Mark is observing his client’s professional achievements and assisting with their financial and personal goals.
